The CosmOS is an evolving creative and technical project. Features, story details, screenshots, demonstrations, supported platforms, compatibility, schedules, and release plans may change, be delayed, or be discontinued. Previews, concepts, and development updates are not promises of future availability or performance. Only officially announced releases should be treated as available products.
Fiction and third-party references
The CosmOS is an original work of fiction. Similarities between its fictional characters, organizations, products, places, or events and real-world entities may be coincidental unless explicitly identified as references. Any third-party names, brands, logos, products, or trademarks mentioned or depicted belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or ownership by The CosmOS.
Browser experiences and saves
Browser-based games, creative tools, and Archives features may be experimental, updated, interrupted, or removed. Progress and settings stored in your browser can be lost through clearing site data, private browsing, device changes, browser restrictions, updates, or reset controls. Local saves are not guaranteed backups and may not transfer between browsers or devices. Export any work you wish to preserve when an export option is available.
VR safety
Virtual reality and other interactive experiences may involve physical movement, flashing visuals, simulated motion, or intense audio. Follow your device manufacturer's age, health, and safety guidance; clear your play area, maintain awareness of people and obstacles, and take regular breaks. Stop immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, eye strain, disorientation, pain, or other discomfort. Use available comfort and accessibility settings where offered. No experience can eliminate every risk.
Playtests and ratings
Signing up, registering interest, or submitting feedback does not guarantee selection, access, compensation, or a particular release date. Tests may be limited, rescheduled, changed, or cancelled, and experimental builds may contain bugs or unfinished content. Unless an official rating is clearly displayed for a particular release, descriptions of intended audience, age suitability, or content tone are provisional rather than ratings issued by a classification authority. Parents and guardians should review content and platform requirements before allowing younger players to participate.
