Play Questions

What to know before you step in

A quick confidence check for playable archives and future VR test waves.

What kind of game is The CosmOS?

The CosmOS is a VR action-adventure sandbox about physical presence, authored worlds, exploration, combat, puzzles, and choices that leave a mark.

Can I play something now?

Yes. The Archives collect playable prototypes and recovered media. VR test waves are separate and will open when a suitable build is ready.

What might early test waves include?

Early testers should expect focused slices: embodied VR feel, traversal, combat feel, puzzle readability, world pacing, and rough edges worth reporting.

Do I need VR?

VR is the intended experience. Sharing your headset or platform helps match you to the right test wave when access opens.

What happens after I sign up?

Your note is saved for delivery to the project inbox, with retries if email is temporarily unavailable. When a suitable wave is ready, you may receive follow-up details about access, timing, and feedback needs.

How will my email be used?

Only for CosmOS playtest contact and relevant follow-up about future testing. It is not for spam or unrelated marketing.
