The Archives Become the Public Recovery Surface
The old Arcade page has been reframed as the Archives: a public recovery surface for playable builds, comics, novella material, art records, and future media drops.
From Arcade list to Archives surface
The public page that used to behave like a simple Arcade list has been rebuilt as The Archives: a single recovery surface for playable builds and non-game records.
That change gives each kind of public material a clearer role. Games now sit inside a small OS-like arcade layer with app icons, key-state feedback, a reset console, and a notification tray for future queued records. Media records sit below as a browsable archive with filters for comics, novella material, art, wallpapers, and audio.
What changed
- The navigation now points to Archives, while the old Arcade route redirects cleanly.
- Playable builds are presented as compact app icons that open a record modal before launching the game.
- Recovered media now includes Signal From The Hidden City, Kidlandia: The Rules, and The First Threshold novella cover record.
- Cutie World Find It now returns to Level 1 on a fresh visit, while still preserving progress information during play.
The goal is simple: make the public materials feel like recovered CosmOS artifacts, not a loose folder of links.
